Delta Delta Delta

Delta Delta Delta ( ΔΔΔ ), short Tri Delta, is an international sorority - fraternity founded on November 27, 1888, the eve of Thanksgiving Feast at Boston University. It is equipped with 136 chapters in the U.S. and Canada, the largest female fraternity in the world.

Founders of the ΔΔΔ are Sarah Ida Shaw, Eleanor Dorcas Pond, Florence Isabelle Stewart and Isabel Morgan Breed. Meanwhile, more than 186,000 students of Tri Delta are assigned. In addition to the community while studying has made it ΔΔΔ charitable initiatives to the task. Thus, a children's hospital and cancer research is supported.

Tri Delta is a member of the National Panhellenic Conference.
