Demonax (crater)

Demonax is an impact crater in the extreme southeast of the Moon front, southwest of the crater Hale and north of Scott. The rim is eroded, the interior well just go with a central peak.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the Greek philosopher Demonax.
