Denis Tyurin

Denis Tyurin Alekseyevich (Russian Денис Алексеевич Тюрин; born June 3, 1980 in Lipetsk, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union ) is a Russian professional ice hockey player who was most recently with Metallurg Novokuznetsk in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Denis Tyurin began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the HK Lada Togliatti, for the first team, he made his debut in the Super League in the 1996/97 season. He remained no points in two games and received four penalty minutes. In summer 1998 the winger signed a contract with the ZSK WWS Samara, for whom he played one and a half years in the Super League, before he returned for half a year to HK Lada Togliatti. From 2000 to 2006 he was a total of six years for Metallurg Novokuznetsk on the ice. The 2006/07 season he started at HK Avangard Omsk, but returned after only 28 games back to his former club from Novokuznetsk.

From 2007 to 2010 Tyurin played for HK Sibir Novosibirsk, initially for one year in the Super League and from the 2008/09 season in the newly formed Kontinental Hockey League. For the season 2010/11, the former national player was obliged by KHL - Up HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk, before he returned to his former club from Novokuznetsk again in May 2011.

Internationally

For Russia Tyurin took part in 2007 at the Euro Hockey Tour. In three international matches, he scored two goals and it was a template.
