Denni Avdić

Robin Denni Avdić ( born September 5, 1988 in Huskvarna ) is a Swedish football player. He also obtained Bosnian citizenship. The offensive player who stands at AZ Alkmaar under contract, went through from the U-16 selection all Swedish junior national teams and made his debut in 2009 in the Swedish national team.

Career

Association

Avdić began playing football at Husqvarna FF. As a youth player of the club he was first appointed to a Swedish youth team in 2003. 2005 changed the offensive player to Denmark in the youth department of Brøndby IF, but returned after a year to Sweden and joined the youth section of IF Elfsborg. During the season of 2006 he did retreat into the senior squad, but could not match Minute contribute to its fifth championship title of the association.

His debut in Allsvenskan was Avdić the following season April 7, 2007, in the match against Malmö FF when he came on in the 68.Spielminute for Mathias Svensson. This season, he came on as a substitute mainly only used, after which he made his debut on 21 August 2007 in the Swedish Under-21 team, as this was defeated in a hard fought game the Welsh Under-21 with a 3:4 defeat. After he was able to establish itself in the Swedish junior national team, he managed the same at his club. In November 2008, he extended his contract with IF Elfsborg for five years until the end of the season 2013.

On 3 January 2011, Avdić joined the Bundesliga Werder Bremen, where he signed a contract until June 2014. On January 15, he celebrated his competitive debut for Werder Bremen as he came off the bench in the match against 1899 Hoffenheim for Aaron Hunt. He contributes Werder Bremen will wear the number 9

After he could not prevail at Werder Bremen, he was end of August 2012 on loan for the season 2012/13 at the Dutch first division PEC Zwolle in order to gain more match practice.

September 1, 2012 Avdić came on for the first time at the league match against NEC Nijmegen in the 45th minute. He contributes Zwolle will wear the number 44 on November 11, 2012 at the 2:4 defeat against Ajax Amsterdam, he scored his first goal for Zwolle.

On August 2, 2013 Avdic signed a contract with AZ Alkmaar and thus changes in the Dutch Eredivisie. The fee was around 250,000 euros.

National

In January 2009, coach Lars Lagerback called during a North American tour of the senior team Avdić in the country selection. In the 1-0 victory over the Mexican national team with a goal by Alexander Farnerud he came on as a substitute for Daniel Nannskog from the 66th minute for his first international cap.
