Dennis Joseph Sullivan

Dennis Joseph Sullivan ( born March 17, 1945 in New York City, USA) is Bishop of Camden.

Life

Dennis Joseph Sullivan received on May 29, 1971 by the Archbishop of New York, Terence Cardinal Cooke, the sacrament of ordination to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of New York.

On 28 June 2004, Pope John Paul II appointed titular bishop of Enera and auxiliary bishop in New York. The Archbishop of New York, Edward Cardinal Egan Michael, donated to him together with Gerald Thomas Walsh on 21 September of the same year the episcopal ordination; Were co-consecrators Emeritus Auxiliary Bishop of New York, Patrick Sheridan, and the Auxiliary Bishop of New York, Robert Anthony Brucato. Dennis Joseph Sullivan was also Vicar General of the Archdiocese of New York.

On January 8, 2013 Pope Benedict XVI appointed. Sullivan Bishop of Camden. The inauguration took place on 12 February of the same year.
