Depletion-load NMOS logic

HMOS denotes a semiconductor technology generation and is an acronym for the English high-performance MOS (English for metal -oxide-semiconductor ). HMOS found in integrated circuits of high packing density with NMOS logic application. Previously structure sizes were established from 6 microns to 10 microns. Other semiconductor technologies are known under the names HCMOS, PMOS and CMOS predominantly used today.
