Dharanindravarman II.

Dharanindravarman II was 1150-1160 King of the Khmer Empire from Phanom Rung, Buriram Province, Thailand. He belonged to the Madharapura dynasty that ruled 802-1219, and could save a considerable independence from Angkor their regional empire. His father was King Hiranyavarman.

His son and successor Jayavarman VII is known as one of the most ambitious builders of temple complexes and statues in Angkor.
