Diaspora ministry

As Diaspora Ministry is called a ministry with the portfolio of foreign affairs of the citizens ( expat, diaspora ). They exist primarily in the states where there is a significant emigration or at least stay abroad problem (ie a large number of nationals abroad, migration phenomena ), but also with historical displaced persons problem or larger minority 's own cultural group in other states ( exile problems). Otherwise, the agendas of foreign citizens are located at a Foreign Ministry or Ministry of the Interior and the exiles also at a social or cultural ministry.
