Dimitri Colupaev

Dimitri Colupaev ( born January 29, 1990 in Chişinău, Moldavian SSR, Soviet Union ) is a German swimmer.

Colupaev each won gold with the 4 x 100 - meter freestyle relay at the European Junior Championships in 2007 and 2008. At the Junior World Championships 2008 he won 200m individual medley and won silver in the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay. At the European Championships 2012 in Debrecen, the German squadron in the statement Paul Biedermann, Dimitri Colupaev, Clemens Rapp and Tim Wall Burger won the title in the 4 x 200 meter freestyle relay. In the same year he won the German relay via this route at the Short Course World Championships 2012 in German record time the bronze medal.

The 1.89 m wide Colupaev, the Moldovan came to Mainz in 1995, swims for the SSV Undine 08 He studied business administration at the University of Southern California and trained with Dave Salo.
