Docs Keepin Time ( * 1987) is a black American Quarter Horse stallion; He became famous for his starring role in Black Beauty of 1994.

Docs Keepin Time ran unsuccessfully race until he was cast in the television series Black, the black flash ( Adventures of The Black Stallion, 1990-1993). In the series, Docs Keepin Time embodies the title role.

He sired many offspring, including Samson's Keepin Time and Starrin Doctor Sunny and Keepin Charge, which is also a film horse. Keepin batch had 2008 in the movie Appaloosa, with Ed Harris and Viggo Mortensen, a supporting role.
