Dolcenera

Dolcenera, own Emanuela Trane ( born May 16, 1977 in Gala Tina ) is an Italian pop singer.

Dolcenera, whose stage name is to " sweet" and "black" is composed of the Italian words for and intended as a tribute to the eponymous song by Fabrizio De André in 1996, her career began in 2002 in the show Destinazione Sanremo, where they participate won at San Remo Festival in 2003. There she was awarded in the junior category and with the Radio price. After the release of their first album Sorriso nucleare she went in 2004 to Italy tour.

In 2005 she won in the reality TV show " Music Farm ". Their second album, Un mondo perfetto debuted at number 4 in the charts and stayed for over a year in the charts. She was awarded the De -Andre- Award and was awarded the Golden Lion in Venice as a musical discovery of the year.

In the same year she composed the official anthem for the Youth Football National Championship and was torchbearer for the Olympic Flame.

In 2006, she was officially invited to join the San Remo Festival. Their third album, Il popolo dei sogni on which is heard a heady cover version of the Gianna Nannini - classic America, was another commercial success - their last two long players each received gold. In March 2007, she completed her first tour of Germany in the opening act for Christina Stürmer.
