Region

Dolisie, formerly Loubomo 1975-1991, is a city in the south of the Republic of Congo and the capital of Niari region. In 2006, she had 110 128 inhabitants according to official estimates.

The town grew up around a railway station of the railway line of the Chemin de fer Congo- Océan ( CFCO ) between Pointe -Noire and Brazzaville and was named after Albert Dolisie, a lieutenant of Pierre Savorgnan de Brazza, named.
