Dominique Kivuvu

Dominique Kivuvu ( born September 16, 1987 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch- Angolan footballer. The midfielder is at CFR Cluj in the Romanian League 1 since the summer of 2010 under contract, since January 2012, but the Swedish first division club Mjallby AIF borrowed.

Career

The career of Kivuvu began at the Stormvogels Telstar, where he aufrückte in the squad for the first team in 2005 that played into the Eerste Divisie. After a season obliged him the Ehrendivisionär NEC Nijmegen. Since summer 2010 he is in Romania at CFR Cluj under contract. After he had hardly come in the first round in 2011/12 for use, he moved in January 2012 on loan to Mjallby AIF in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

National

Kivuvu was captain of the Dutch U-20 National Team, before the Angolan Football Federation wooed him, because it has next to the Dutch and the Angolan nationality. Ahead of the Africa Cup of 2010, he decided to continue to compete for the Angolan national football team. On 10 October 2009, he came in a friendly against Malta on his first deployment.
