Do not Go is a song by British rapper Wretch 32 from his debut album Black and White, which he recorded together with Josh Kumra.

It was first released by the label Ministry of Sound 18 August 2011 and is still Wretch 32 commercially successful single. Produced the song by Paul Heard and Maiday, composed and written by Wretch 32, Josh Kumra and Rachel Moulden.
Background
Wretch 32 Do not Go underestimated as a single, which communicate with the people. In addition, the sound would remember the songs from his old mixtapes and CDs. He would also like intimate music, but he wanted to bring out with Do not Go something for the clubs and festivals. Opposite the Sun said Wretch 32 that he would see in parallels to William Shakespeare, by talking about something, but something else says, what that does perfectly. So it go in the text Do not Go though to love, but Wretch 32 had actually wanted to express his love for music. When he tried to explain to the people that they had not only understood it, but after a few more attempts at explanation, it would "click" made with them.

Do not Go Wretch 32s was the first number -one hit. The single debuted directly onto the top position on the British charts on August 27, 2011. Eleven weeks is generally remained in the UK Top 75 in the UK R & B charts as well as in the UK Indie Charts, they also debuted at position one. Only number two in Ireland and peak position in Scotland, however, was reached 39.
Criticism
- Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 chose the song as Hottest Record in the World from June 9, 2011. He described him as " Emo Rap with the style of Eminem, LL Cool J, Mike Skinner and the other great MCs who dare to show in the actually building on strength Genre [ Hip -hop ] vulnerability ."
- Said Alistair McGeorge from Female First, that the song would cement what people had previously suspected: Wretch 32 would be a great crossover mainstream star.
- Wrote Robert Copsey from Digital Spy that Do not Go would not, but clearly as fast as its previous releases, the release, the one most captivates. He forgave four out of five stars.
