Doncaster Panthers

Danum Eagles Basketball Club is an English professional basketball club from Doncaster. The club has youth teams next level in 2013 with a women's team that competes in the English second division. The origins of the club go back to the Doncaster Panthers, who were founded in 1954 and played their men's team 1973-1985 in the top domestic league championship of the National Basketball League ( NBL ). In this league, the men's team reached the league and cup double. History

The Doncaster Panthers were founded in 1954 on the initiative of Morris Wordsworth and first played in the sports hall of Balby High School. 1965, formed a women's team.
