Double or Nothing is an American short film from the year 1936.

Action

A stuntman dreams of himself to be a star. In a fight scene in a saloon, he is co beaten and loses a tooth. At the dentist, he gets an anesthetic. While the dentist starts working, the stuntman 's dream is to play in different scenes on the side of Deanna Durbin, Mae West, Eddie Cantor, ZaSu Pitts, Charles Laughton and others. In his dreams he plays in scenes aboard the Bounty, Hawaii and other locations. Surrounded by dancers and extras he sings and dances. When the dentist has finished its work, wake up the stuntman and is ready for the next close-up.
