9th Academy Awards
The Academy Awards 1937 took place on March 4, 1937 at the Los Angeles Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. It was the 9th Annual Academy Awards. In the year of award films of the previous year are always excellent, in this case, the films of the year 1936.
First time, the Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actresses will be awarded. A curiosity at the ceremony there were, it was the only one in history in which both screenplay awards to the same film (Louis Pasteur ) went.
