77th Academy Awards
The Oscar Ceremony 2005 was held on 27 February 2005 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. It was the 77th Annual Academy Awards. In the year of award films of the past year are always excellent, in this case, the films of the year 2004.

Presentation
Chris Rock led for the first time as a presenter by the Academy Awards. The presenters of the candidates are listed below in the respective categories. In addition, the President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Frank Pierson occurred, as well as Annette Bening, announcing the film to the memory of recently deceased Academy members and filmmakers.
