65th Academy Awards
The Academy Awards 1993 took place on 29 March 1993 at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles. It was the 65th Annual Academy Awards. In the year of award films of the past year are always excellent, in this case, the films of the year 1992.

Summary
Clint Eastwood's Western Unforgiven won four Academy Awards, becoming the most successful film of the evening. After Dances With Wolves directed by and starring Kevin Costner 's 1990 Unforgiven was already the second Western in the early 90s, which was honored as Best Picture Oscar trophy.
Bram Stoker's Dracula, directed by Francis Ford Coppola to win three Oscars succeeded. Also, the film Aladdin was doubly successful by getting the two music Oscars. After Al Pacino for his performances in The Godfather and The Godfather - Part II was only nominated, he succeeded this time, for Scent of a Woman to win the Best Actor Oscar.
