South-east of the summit at about 1300 m is the rock form of Agnes Stone.

The mountain is a popular hiking destination and contains several pages (eg from Winkl in Berchtesgaden ) reachable. About another way, the nearby Karkopf be reached. In Bavarian Gmain is a car park and a stop on the railway line Freilassing - Berchtesgaden for the departure ' hiking center Bavarian Gmain " at about 600 meters.
