Dulgubnii

The Dulgubnier (Latin: Dulgibini, Greek: Δουλγούμνιοι ) were a West Germanic tribe that Tacitus ' Germania ( 34.1 ) and Ptolemy's ' Geographia (II, 11.9 ) is mentioned.

The Germanic tribe of the Dulgubnier lived according to Tacitus south of Hamburg, for example in the area of ​​today Lüneburg Heath and the Aller to the present city of Celle. They lived so northeast of the Angrivarii and Chamavi.
