Dundee Rockets
The Dundee Rockets were an ice hockey club in the city of Dundee in Scotland. The Rockets played from 1982 to 1987 in the British Hockey League.
History
The Dundee Rockets were founded in 1963. The Rockets first played in the Northern League, the league title they won in 1973 and 1982 respectively. From 1982 until its dissolution in 1987 the team played in the Premier Division of the British Hockey League, the then highest British Hockey League, the league title they won in the 1983/84 season. In 1983, she also won the Autumn Cup.
Took until 2001 with the Dundee Stars again a professional ice hockey club in the city on the game mode.
