Dungloe

Dungloe ( Irish and official name is: An Clochán Liath; German as: " The gray stepping stone " ) is a town in County Donegal in the extreme northwest of the Republic of Ireland.

Dungloe is located in the west of County Donegal in close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean in a Gaeltacht region, which is why the Irish name An Clochán Liath is the ( only ) official name of the place.
