Earl Russell

Earl Russell, of Kingston Russell in the County of Dorset, is a British hereditary title of nobility in the Peerage of the United Kingdom, which is supported by the Russell family.

Award

The ceremony took place in 1861 on the two-time British Prime Minister and Liberal politician John Russell.

Subordinate title

Together with the earldom the dignity of Viscount Amberley, Amberley was of in the County of Gloucester and of Ardsalla in the County of Meath, granted. This title, which also belongs to the Peerage of the United Kingdom will be handled by their respective Earl as a subordinate item.
