Features

The glands lots globe thistle is a perennial, herbaceous plant that forms a Pleiokorm and (rarely to 200 ) reaches stature heights of 40 to 150 centimeters. The stem is usually one head. The leaves are drüsenlos and loosely hispid on the top. The shell of the single head is 20 to 25 millimeters long. The outer shell is pointed and rhombic to spatulate. The mean is narrowly lanceolate and has a long extended and curved outward peak. The collection head has a diameter of 4 to 6 centimeters. The crown is blue-gray.

The flowering period extends from June to August.

Dissemination

The glands lots globe thistle comes in Southeast Europe and Romania in herbaceous communities and forest edges in the hill and mountain stage before. In Central Europe the species has been naturalized.

Use

The glands lots globe thistle is rarely used as an ornamental plant.
