Edward Johnson, III

Edward Crosby " Ned " Johnson III ( born June 29, 1930) is an American investor and businessman, the company Fidelity Investments operates along with his daughter Abigail Johnson. In 2009 he was out with an estimated net worth of $ 8 billion dollars by Forbes magazine ranked the 30 richest people in America.

Life

Johnson has the Harvard College Harvard University concluded in 1954 with a bachelor's degree. After a period of service in the U.S. Army he was in the 1957 research analyst at Fidelity Investments - a company that had been founded by his father, Edward C. Johnson II in 1949.
