Egon Piechaczek

Egon Piechaczek ( born November 16, 1931 in Chorzów, † October 23, 2006 in Kaiserslautern, Germany ) was a Polish footballer and coach. He began his career at AKS Chorzów, where he played until 1951. He became known as the first coach of Bundesliga Arminia Bielefeld during the Bundesliga scandal from 1970 /71. As punishment he was given on 15 April 1972, a ban on lifetime, but he was pardoned on 1 April 1975.
