Geography

The three green hills, the Three Mountain, stand as a symbol for the beautiful scenery, the manicured lawns and extensive forests. The silver wave band represents the "Great Rodl " which runs through the lovely community. The two red crosses stand as a symbol of the two houses of worship in Eidenberg and Untergeng. The horseshoe refers to the rural traditions of since 1956 carried out in Eidenberg Leonhardi rides - the Holy Leonhard is the patron saint of Eidenberger church. History
