Eike Immel

Eike Immel ( born November 27, 1960 in Stadtallendorf ) is a former German football player. He was German national goalkeeper and was inter alia in the 1986 World Cup and 1988 European Championship squad in the selection of the DFB.

Career as a player

Association

As a 15 -year-old went Immel, the son of a farmer, from the youth team of the Hessian club TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf to Borussia Dortmund. Immel debuted in August 1978 as a 17- year-old in the Bundesliga in the 1-0 victory at Borussia Dortmund against Bayern Munich.

Career as a coach
