Eleventh Hour - use in the last second ( original title: Eleventh Hour ) is an American mystery and detective series, which aired in the U.S. by CBS. The series is based on the eponymous British ITV miniseries from 2006 with Patrick Stewart and Ashley Jensen in the lead roles.
Action
The series is about Dr. Jacob Hood, a brilliant biophysicist who works for the FBI and solving crimes that have been committed in the name of science. The head of the FBI, Frank Fuller, who is also a good friend of Hood, Hood hires after the cancer death of his wife. Hood to the increasing misuse of scientific research. The resulting crimes have so far not been elucidated. The spectrum ranges from cloning to miraculous cures. During the investigation keeps popping a doctor nicknamed " Gepetto ". For years, Dr. Hood Gepetto attempts to track down because he suspects his involvement in human cloning.

The FBI agent is provided as a bodyguard Dr. Hood to the side. You should take care of Hood and protect him in case of emergency, risking their lives.
FBI Special Agent Felix Lee ( Omar Benson Miller) ( episode 14-18)
From episode 14 added Felix Lee the team, a young agent of the FBI. At first only as an intern in the investigation there, he is very eager to permanently support the team. Later, he is responsible for research, while Hood and Young determined at site.

In Germany the first broadcasts of the series from September 2009 ran on cable one until January 2010. A year later, the complete first season was repeated on cable one. Beginning of 2013 the series is repeated on Fridays at 23.15 clock again.
