Work

The technique of oil painting dominates as well as the watercolor and drawing. Typical of her oil paintings are colorful, glowing colors and a high gloss glaze.

As a template used Peyton snapshots of friends, pictures from magazines and books, record covers and stills from music videos. Apparently the selection of the prominent models does not follow a clear pattern: In addition to personal acquaintances they gathered in her oeuvre world famous aristocrats, actors, writers and musicians, they usually do not personally know, for example, Kurt Cobain, Jarvis Cocker of Pulp, Noel Gallagher of Oasis, Leonardo di Caprio, David Hockney, Oscar Wilde, Lord Alfred Douglas, Princess Diana, Prince Harry and Frederick II But Peyton's picture choice is not purely by chance: it is crucial for them the life of a person, and how inspiring it had on others.
