Elles Leferink

Elles Maria Leferink ( born November 14, 1976 in Rossum, Overijssel) is a former volleyball player from the Netherlands, among others, 1996 took part in Atlanta at the Olympics and finished fifth.
At age 19, she led the Dutch team to gold at the European Championships in 1995 in their own country with a 3-0 victory in the final over Croatia. In the same year she was voted Europe's volleyball player of the year. In addition, she was awarded at the 1998 World Cup and the European Championship in 2003 as best Aufschlägerin. With the SSV Ulm 1846 Leferink Winner of the 2003 "Double" in Germany. Then she played in the Dutch league at Longa 59 Lichtenvoorde and also won here twice, the "Double".
Their small body size of 1.76 m made the left-handed by their bounce and sophisticated technology up for it. As Diagonal player she was also in adoption.
In 2007, she finished her career by becoming a mother.
