Elsa Baquerizo

Elsa Baquerizo Macmillan ( born June 25, 1987 in New York City, United States) is a Spanish beach volleyball player.

Career

Baquerizo missed at the Junior World Championships 2007 in Modena with her partner Liliana Fernández Steiner Fourth barely a medal. 2008 Liliana / Baquerizo played their first joint Open Tournaments and Grand Slams. A year later they were seventh at the U23 European Championship in Jantarny. At the European Championships in Sochi that they separated from a group last after the first round. After two ninth places in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee and Stare Jabłonki they came at the European Championships in Berlin in 2010 as group winners into the second round, they lost to the Austrians Hansel / Monday Olli. At the 2011 World Championships in Rome as they reached third in the group the knockout stage and finally defeated by the U.S. women Fendrick / Hanson.
