Ema Klinec

Ema Klinec ( born July 2, 1998 Kranj ) is a Slovenian ski jumper.

Career

Klinec was in the summer of 2010 at the Ladies Cup in their international debut. They won all five jumping, where she went to the start and finished at the end behind Anna Rupprecht and Katharina Althaus third place in the overall standings. Because of these good performances Klinec was on January 22, 2011 in Ljubno her debut in the Continental Cup and immediately took 16th place. The second jump was already Klinec eighth. This season, she also went with the Continental Cup in Zakopane and Ramsau am Dachstein to the start and reached in all four competitions the second passage. The OPA games 2011 in Baiersbronn Klinec won the silver medal.

For the World Cup season 2011/12 Klinec was nominated for the B-team. In the summer of 2011, she finished second in Bischofsgruen already places nine and four. In Upper Wiesenthal Klinec reached after a fifth place at the first competition at the second event for the first time on the podium. In October 2011, she won the Slovenian ski jumping championships before Špela Rogelj. In its first Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2012 in Erzurum she jumped to 14th place in the individual and with the team, she won the bronze medal. In summer 2012, she won the FIS Cup in Villach and became a day later a third party. In the 2012/13 Alpine Cup season, she won twice in Winterberg and twice in Ziri. In its second Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2013 in Liberec, she was in a single Ninth and celebrated the gold medal in the team.

In the summer of 2013 Ema Klinec came on the plant Tremplins du Praz in Courchevel as part of the Ski Jumping Grand Prix in 2013 for the first time at the highest competitive level for use and was able to immediately get the win.
