Emiliano Tardif

Emiliano Tardif ( born June 6, 1928 in Canada, † June 8, 1999 in the Dominican Republic) was a charismatic preacher who had the gift of healing, as described by St. Paul.

In 1948, he entered the novitiate of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC). Already in the year of ordination, he expressed the desire to be used in the Dominican Republic. From 1956 he spent most of his life in this country. He learned there know the Charismatic Renewal, which he faced skeptical at first. He was known for his preaching and the gift of knowledge.

Emiliano Tardif died of a heart attack.
