Emir Bekrić

Emir Bekrić ( born March 14, 1991, Belgrade, Serbia) is a Serbian hurdler.

Bekrić won a bronze medal in the 400m hurdles at the U23 European Championships 2011 in Ostrava. In the Summer Universiade 2011 in Shenzhen, he turned in the semifinals on a Serbian record in the 400m hurdles. In the final he finished sixth. At the European Championships 2012, he won silver in the 400m hurdles in 49.49 s Shortly after he arrived at the Olympic Games in London, the semi-finals and increased his personal best to 49.21 s The World Athletics Championships 2013 in Moscow, he won with the national record of 48.05 s the bronze medal.
