Emmaboda Municipality

Emmaboda is a municipality (in Swedish kommun ) in the Swedish Kalmar län Province and the historical province of Småland. The main town of the municipality is Emmaboda.

Economy

The economy is dominated by the three industries of iron, wood and glass. The largest employer is the pump manufacturer Xylem Water Solutions Manufacturing with about 1100 employees (formerly 1962 Stenberg - Flygt, ITT Flygt and later from October 2011 xylem ).
