Empyr

Empyr is a five-piece French alternative rock band, whose members are recruited in 2006 from various bands ( Kyo, Watcha, Pleymo and Vegastar ). The plan was Empyr initially only as a side project; because all participants, however, was so much fun, the main attention was paid to Empyr soon.

To increase their chances on the international market, they decided to write the lyrics in English. The band is working with three singers (Ben, Florian and Benoît ).

The debut album " The Peaceful Riot " was directed by producer Ken Andrews (formerly Failure) was added in the late summer of 2008, who had already worked with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Pete Yorn and A Perfect Circle.
