Enrique Arancibia Clavel

Enrique Arancibia ( born October 13, 1944 † 28 April 2011) was a Chilean DINA intelligence operatives, who was responsible for the assassination of General Carlos Prats and his wife in 1974 on behalf of Augusto Pinochet.
