Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award
The Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award is presented by U.S. Lacrosse to the best goalkeeper in Divisions 1, 2 and 3 in the NCAA.
The distinction is after Charles Markland Kelly, Jr., who was an outstanding goalie in the Lacrossemannschaft at the University of Maryland until 1940. At this time he left the university to become a pilot in the U.S. Navy, which he managed successfully.
