Entre Lagos is a Chilean town in the Región de los Lagos. It is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Puyehue where the Río Pilmaiquen leaves the lake, about 50 kilometers east of Osorno. The Ruta CH -215 passes at the place eastward to the border crossing to Argentina at Paso Cardenal Fronterizo Samoré.

2002 Entre Lagos had 3,932 inhabitants.
