Erbacher Kopf

The Erbacher head is a 580 m high mountain in the Taunus. The Erbacher head is a part of the main ridge of the Taunus and remains one of the Cold hostel and with the Hallgarter pliers to the three highest mountains in the Rheingau Mountains.

Geographical location

The Erbacher head lies in the Rheingau -Taunus-Kreis in the district of Erbach and whose highest summit. One can assume that the naming is due to this circumstance. At the same time Erbacher head is the highest point in the city of Eltville.

History
