Eric Kwong

Kwong Hoi Fung, known as Eric Kwong, ( born October 23, 1982 in Hong Kong ) is a Hong Kong - Chinese racing driver. He won the 2012 Hong Kong Touring Car Championship.

Career

Kwong began his motorsport career in 2009 in both the touring car, as well as in Formula racing. Kwong launched in Hong Kong Touring Car Championship and the China Touring Car Championship and in the China Formula Campus Challenge. Since 2010, his focus is on the Hong Kong Touring Car Championship. In this, he reached the third place in the standings N2000 2010. 2011 Kwong won two races of the Hong Kong Touring Car Championship and was in a Honda Accord second in the category Super Production. He also reached with a win third place overall in the Asia -Pacific Ferrari Challenge. 2012 decided Kwong Hong Kong Touring Car Championship with five victories for itself. He drove again a Honda Accord. In addition, he was in the 2012 Twelfth China Audi R8 LMS Cup.

2012 Kwong was also his debut in international motorsport. For the Look Fong Racing Team, he participated in the event, the World Touring Car Championship ( WTCC) in Shanghai. He drove it a Chevrolet Cruze.
