Erin Gruwell
Erin Gruwell ( born August 15, 1969 in California) is American teacher and author. Your work on the Wilson Classical High School in Long Beach ( California ) and their book publishing were the template for the film Freedom Writers, starring Hilary Swank in the role as Gruwell.
In 2000, Erin Gruwell ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the United States Congress.
