Ernest Arrighi de Casanova

Erneste -Louis -Henri -Hyacinthe Arrighi de Casanova, Duke of Padua ( born September 26, 1814 Paris, † March 28, 1888 ) was a French politician.

Life

He was a son of General Jean Toussaint Arrighi de Casanova, Duke of Padua. He was in 1849 by Napoleon III. Prefect of Versailles, 1852, 1853 appointed Requetenmeister the Council of State Senator, served from May to November 1859 as Minister of the Interior and later became a member of the General Council of Seine -et- Oise.
