The Estadio Benito Juárez, also known as Coloso de Ixcotel ( German Colossus of Ixcotel ), is a football stadium in Oaxaca City, the capital of the Mexican state of Oaxaca.

History

The stadium was built in the 1980s as the home ground for the football club Chapulineros de Oaxaca, which was winning the Segunda División third-class 'B' celebrate in this place in the 1992/93 season. Thus, the stadium was after the second half of the season 1987/88 and 1993/94 once the second-rate Segunda División venue.
