Cruz Azul Hidalgo

Cruz Azul Hidalgo is a Mexican football club based in Ciudad Cooperativa Cruz Azul of the (formerly Jasso ) in the state of Hidalgo. He is playing in the second division of the branch team Cruz Azul.

History

In order to bring back professional football after Jasso, the birthplace of the modern capital club Cruz Azul, 1993, a team called Cruz Azul Hidalgo was launched, which is affiliated as the "big brother " of the cement company Cemento Cruz Azul.

This team succeeded in 1994/95 Championship Segunda División, making it División 'A' was the first sport climber in the 1994 newly introduced Primera.

In the summer of 1997 qualified Cruz Azul Hidalgo for the first time for the Liguilla where to 1-0 and 0-3 lost to the later promoted UANL Tigres in the semifinals. In the summer tournaments in 1999 and 2000, the team met before each to the final, where she worked after twice with 2:2 2:4 defeated with 1:1 and 1:2 against Unión de Curtidores and the following year in a penalty shoot-out against Irapuato.

After a poor season in 2002/ 03, the Group transplanted the team to Oaxaca, where they came into existence in the following seasons as Cruz Azul Oaxaca and was able to record their greatest success with reaching the finals in the Apertura 2005. For the season 2006/ 07 Cemento Cruz Azul took the team in the Ciudad Cooperativa back and was in the Apertura 2006 exhibit at first point best team together with the Superlíder Puebla, the better to few goals ratio ( 30:17 compared to 23:15 ) had. The two teams faced each other later in the semifinals against and won their respective home game 2-0, which Puebla qualified as better -placed team in the preliminary round for the finals and was able to return to the Primera División at the end of the season. In the coming seasons, Cruz Azul Hidalgo did not get past the quarter -finals.
