The Estadio Gigante de Arroyito is a football stadium in the city of Rosario ( Santa Fe province ) in Argentina. The Municipal Stadium is the home of the football club CA Rosario Central. At times, it was named in honor of the Argentine politician Lisandro de la Torre after him. The stadium has a capacity of 41 654 seats.

The sports facility was built in the years 1927 until 1929. It has been renovated several times and customized with additional measures to meet the increasing demands of FIFA.

During the Football World Cup 1978 six games were played in the stadium, including all three games of the second round with participation of the Albiceleste in the games against Poland, Brazil and Peru.

While hosting the Copa America 1987 in Argentina three games were played in the stadium. It came together three teams of Paraguay, Bolivia and Colombia in the first round Group C.
