The Estonian University of Environmental Sciences (Estonian: Eesti Maaülikool ) is a public university based in the Estonian town of Tartu. In 2005, the university had about 4,600 students.

The roots of the University of Tartu University, which was founded in 1632. An independent college, she was in 1951 and then called itself Estonian Agricultural Academy. In 1991 it was renamed the Estonian Agricultural University and eventually received its present name in 2004.
