Ethan Suplee

Ethan Suplee ( born May 25, 1976 in Manhattan, New York ) is an American actor.

Biography

The native New Yorker grew up in Los Angeles and was aged 18 years his television debut on the hit series The Life and I ( original: Boy Meets World). In three seasons, he played the restrained Frankie.

As a key role in the personification of stupid racists Seth Ryan in Tony Kaye's film American History X (1998 ), but also the role of the young football player Lewis Lastik in Disney's Remember the Titans (2000) is seen in his career.

Since then Suplee is regularly seen in cinema productions, often in collaboration with director Kevin Smith.

From 2005 to 2009 he played the limited but helpful brother Randy on the hit NBC sitcom My Name Is Earl at the side of main actor Jason Lee.

Private life

Ethan Suplee is a Scientologist. He is married to Brandy Lewis, with whom he has two daughters. From originally almost 200 kg of body weight he has lost with the help of a diet now more than 90 kilograms ( 200 pounds). Because of its former extent he often played simple-minded, rough guys.
